When researching the steps to register a company online, you may not be aware of how to do this or how to get started. That’s where Corplaw comes in, we’re here to assist you and guide you along this process to speed up registering your company, leaving you with more time to work on important matters.
Recently we took the opportunity to review our process and look at ways of speeding this up for our clients. We introduced three new online application forms onto the website making it easier to process registering a company and having the flexibility to pay online in a couple of simple steps
What’s The New Process?
If you’re considering establishing a company in Ireland our team of qualified chartered secretaries and administrators are on hand to advise and assist you on the type of entity most suited to your business needs.
As mentioned there are three new online application forms that can be accessed in the resources area of our website.
Typically there are three common company formation types and they are:
- Private Company Limited by Shares | €249 incl. company seal & Vat.
- Designated Activity Company | €249 incl. company seal & Vat
- Company Limited By Guarantee | €249 incl. company seal & Vat.
A Private Company Limited by Shares (LTD Company) is the most popular type of company formation. It has a simple structure for small and medium-sized companies. It can have a single director if desired and can claim eligibility for audit exemption.
A Designated Activity Company (DAC) is suitable for use by management companies, charities and other organisations who wish to form a company for a particular purpose. The capacity of the company has to be clearly defined in the Constitution.
A Company Limited By Guarantee (CLG) does not have a share capital which makes it suitable for use by charities and other fundraising organisations where members do not wish to hold shares but do wish to be members of a company for educational or charitable aims.
How Much To Form A Company in Ireland?
